About me

After more than a decade working in the UK construction industry, I made the decision to pursue my true passion and transition into running coaching on a full-time basis in Dubai.

My journey began at Sheffield Hallam University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology. During my time in Sheffield, I discovered a love for running as a way to stay fit, which eventually led me to complete my first marathon in 2012 during my final year at university.

Since then, running has become a huge part of my life. The sport has connected me with incredible people and communities around the world. While living in the UK, I was fortunate to be involved with a number of inspiring running groups and clubs, including the innovative Unsanctioned Athletics Racing Collective.

In 2024, I stepped away from the corporate world completely to dedicate myself fully to coaching. Helping runners improve, reach their goals, and build confidence through structured training has become both my profession and my passion.

Today, I work with runners of all levels through one-to-one coaching and community-based sessions, supporting them in progressing towards their running and fitness goals and ultimately helping them perform better not just in sport, but in life.
